Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for the details we need to be able to satisfy the order.
UK Shipping And Handling only Delivery is FREE for orders over £300.00 net to UK mainland only. For orders below £300.00 net, please add £10.00 for all UK mainland addresses. Saturday delivery is not available and therefore a Friday despatch will be delivered Monday. Please email us for shipping and handling costs for overseas orders.
Delivery Schedule we deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the applicable rate. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Should you decide to return goods ordered, unfortunately you may be charged 15% of the item/s value for restocking unless agreed in advance with our staff. Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned. The postage is non-refundable
