We are very confident you will be pleased with your purchases from Hockey Direct. However there may be circumstances where it is necessary to return the goods and we are committed to making this clear and straightforward. The following information will hopefully be useful.
All our goods are securely packaged and transit damage is very rare. We ask that you report any damage to us within 7 working days.Please return them in their original packaging. Upon receipt, and subject to our agreement, we will issue a replacement or full refund plus reasonable return carriage costs.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchases for any reason, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the problem and then they should be returned to us in their original packaging. Subject to our agreement we will supply a replacement or if you prefer a full refund to you plus reasonable return carriage costs.
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered you can return it subject to advising us within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us (within 28 days of purchase and at your expense).
Should you decide to return goods ordered, unfortunately you may be charged 15% of the item/s value for restocking unless agreed in advance with our staff. Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned. The postage is non-refundable
